>>No less than three people sent me a link to the Ostwald Helgason for ASOS leggings when they went online sometime last week which a) goes to show, I could well start drawing up shopping lists from a quick glance at the inbox (scary stuff, as you guys might also unintentionally bankrupt me…) and b) I've become incredibly transparent when it comes to showing my likes and dislikes.  Stained-glass window effects, digital print, jewel-like tones and oh, yes, that's right…it's another pair of printed leggings to add to the collection.

I have no qualms with being so predictable especially as these days, any helping hand in the shopping dept is gladly welcome (on the weekend, I actually felt tinges of guilt for escaping out to the shops for a bit as I've been so locked into working on the weekends…).  Under the faded dull light of the ol' Nikon L35 camera though, the colours are a little bit more chilled out… and also catch the last of the summer sun…

Oh, and I've mildly developed an obsession with wearing my Alpha 60 pleated scarf as a skirt/bum bustle/pelmet type thing… did the same thing at the Chictopia/Forever 21 party in New York two weeks ago where I roadtested the scarf to see whether I'd have an embarrassing moment of it falling down whilst walking/dancing around…

  1. I love how you used the scarf!I also got those leggings, along with the bodycon dress!
    xx-LJ from SOS!

  2. Wow those leggings!!! You look amazing with them, i was considering buying a pair but i can’t afford to spend my loan.

  3. AMAZING outfits, especially the 2nd! I’d been wondering how to wear my black sequined-shoulder sweater, and this helps . . .

  4. I agree with previous comments, “bum bustle” is great! I love the leggings from that first picture! I just bought my first pair of leggings, but they’re not very bold: all black, with zippers going up the side of the calf. It’s a step!

  5. Oh man, those leggings are to die for…as are your legs Ms. Bubble! (I’m aware I’ve said this several times now, my leg envy is even starting to creep me out).

  6. At least no one can say that you’re hard to shop for! I hate it when people use that to weasel out of buying bday gifts. Damn them *shaking fist*

  7. i’m such a fool for print leggings. dangerous item though as not all prints are…leg friendly! yours look fab.

  8. YOUR BOOTS!
THEY ARE FLUFFY! (I need them)
Also, your limbs look so strangely flexible in the first pic?

  9. i’ve been following your blog for a while now…but i just don’t understand how you do it…I mean to be honest i’m not into the “crazy out there” kinda style, but somehow your composition always seems flawless…it just looks right and makes the outfit go from “crazy and weird” to just pure genius….
    anyways i love!

  10. jeez louise susie b, those legs of yours are amaze. i’m joining ali on the good ship slightly-creepy leg envy. all aboard!
