Push It Moore

You know what would shut this whining trap of a doushbag (according to some people post Hogg-gate…)?  An IMMENSE piece of headgear like these ones created by London-based milliner and accessories designer Carianne Moore… I would have to actually hold my head up high (in the physical sense as opposed to spiritual…) not unlike empresses in the Chinese Qing dynasty who had these huge ornate headdresses.  I'd be thinking so hard about keeping Moore's couture piece of millinery in place that I'd probably only manage a few quiet sentences, spoken without opening the mouth too wide.  I wouldn't be able to do my usual floopy dipped to one side thang.  In short, it would be well worth spending a day wearing a Carianne Moore piece and quietly reflect for a bit without too much sudden movement.

Spiritual healing aside, of course it goes without saying that Moore's pieces are insanely beautiful.  The silver and opal art nouveau-esque piece in the last picture is echoed in Moore's new range of clutches/bags that she has launched for A/W 09, which seems to be a wee glimpse into the ornateness that she will bring to her accessories. Just hope she carries on creating these couture pieces.  You know, for erm… pretty pretty pensive reflection and all that…

What worries me is that all I care about is that model’s red lipstick.

  5. oohhh! I like the second one, the black one. If you decorate it, then it would actually look like a chinese headdress. Right now I can just imagine taking it down and playing on it like a harp…
