You’ve Got Rad Legs

I know I know, Tommy has already captured the best of Rad Hourani's A/W 09 legs including the unexpected use of navy.  Give me a dose of skinny-legged navy delivered with some panelling and I'm sold regardless of the collection (that's how much props I give to my navy Jens Laugesen satin panelled trews…).  But, in the reality of sales and all, here are the ACTUAL Rad legs that will go into production and get out there to stores like Reborn, thus far the only decent online Rad Hourani stockist I can find.  Now come hither, European stockists… where art thou?  For come winter time I will of course be needing some leather panelled legs.  Leather ain't just for one season, it's for life… my Preen leather trews are testament to that given how worn and withered they're looking.  Hence the need for some replacements…

  3. as much as i like Rad, i really hate the cut on his leather trousers. I find it peculiar when contrasting against the rest of the collection. When paired with those shoes, it always reminds me of skanky eastern European call girls (not that I’ve had first hand experience, hah). His less aggressive garments are really appealing for 09 fall, he should ease up on so much leather & explore his other abilities more.

  8. EVERYONE is loving Rad right now so I am really surprised as to why he hasn’t been snapped up by more online boutiques.
    Perhaps it’s just the insular nature of blogs but when I see a designer being posted about so much I assume it represents that designers’ popularity as a whole, when perhaps the reality could be somewhat different. Although with Rad I do think his designs would be immensely popular – especially the leather trousers.

  22. What an Amazing, Geniuos Rad. I die for everything he does.I wish i can have one piece from his collection. It’s perfectly done and the price is worth the work, but i can’t afford it. One day i will because i love you RAD!
