Maybe I missed the AW08-9 collection but Lamilla’s SS09 collection lookbook is out and from the Lolita vibe of the previous collection we get something less strict more playful and somehow more adaptable even though one might attribute the same level of ‘costume-impact’ to both collections. I can’t even make the clothes out clearly but the vibe is clear and honestly in this instance, I like the obscured details by way of the setup of the lookbook with the model standing in front of the projected film images. Anyhow since Lamilla have a wee webshop, this stuff will probably make it up there for all to make a proper decision on the clothes.

The collection is playful, innocent and romantic. I love the lookbook. The photogrophy is unreal!
The idea with presentation of the collection (decoratins + outfits) is so amazing! I see it all as the whole picture, not just outfits.
I had the same problem when I got the lookbook: great pictures, but if the clothes can’t be seen…hard to pass judgment. or enjoy them!
The clothes, as far as I can tell, seem nice, but the pictures are beautiful either way.

I agree with the others, it’s difficult to make out the clothes but they look interesting. The model looks just like a mannequin, love that pink cap thing 🙂

i’d have to say i’m more interested in the background than the clothes- not that I don’t love the big ‘lolita’ish skirts, but how cool is the picture of the guy in the striped top?
