The Fringe Goes On…

pinkfringe.jpg

If you saw this KOS post and DIDN’T think that a pair of the Bebaroque Roxy fringe tights would be making their way over to my office, then you probably don’t know Style Bubble that well.  It’s a bit of a no-brainer really.  I have a lot of fringe items.  I like fringe.  I’ve been modelling fringe recently.  The tights come in a pleasingly bright fuschia.  I like fuschia.  The simple chain of statements goes on and on…

Pinkfringe

I know I know…more tights you say?  It’s summer woman, get over your tights and show some leg!  A-ha… well true to British weather form, it’s turned cold again and the tights will be going back on tomorrow so the fringe tights are never going to be completely irrelevant…

So the first obvious route would be to load up on all the black vintage fringe I have…

Or calm it with the fringe and load up on the mis-matching fuschia instead, tempered with my new Jean Pierre Branganza suspender dress…

Either way, it’s oodles of fun moving around in the fringed tights…. I took great pleasure in greeting visiting friends whilst wearing them and purposely took short and quick strides (walking in front of the people of course…).

  1. Those are amazing. I love it. I bet people’s eyes are popping out of their heads. Just swing your fringe at them as they point and stare.

  2. oo what other reason is there to strut so they shake all about! they’re really flattering too, i guess the vertical line elongates! i’m still figuring out whether to cut the size large fringed dress i got or wear it baggy, as it doesn’t pass off intentionally oversized too well, hmmm

  3. please stop being so wonderful, it’s making me stuff i have a natural aversion to, like fringe.
    no, don’t stop.

  4. ………mmmmmmmmmmmm……. it’s a miss for me. sorry >_< (just my opinion) points for being brave on trying!!

  5. love these. i’m always up for new adventures in the world of tights, although slightly disappointed that i’m going to have to put my legs away again. was just getting the hang of the johnson’s holiday skin (i think i’m turning into a WAG)

  6. You are a brave girl. I first saw the fringe on Kingdom of Style. The fuschia (and dark lips) looks great on you.

  7. what an amazing take on the ever-sexy seamed stockings! also your suspender dress just inspired me to shorten a similar one i have..

  8. yesss. those are some delicious tights. they seem like an easy DIY though.
    or maybe not…

  9. you must have been amused endlessly by your collage of legs flying out of nowhere, i sure am. xD
i like the mismatch–it if were too perfect it’d seem less….nice.

  10. I think they’d look great in person but they immediately made me think of shaving but leaving a single strip of hair down the back of your legs! I know, gross, but it had to be said!

  11. GAHHHH!!!
They’re so piiiiiiiiiink and tickled with midnight cowboy friiiiiiiiinge. If only I had 30 pounds, aka 60 DOLLARS, to drop on a pair of those awesome tights.
I’m half tempted to stitch fringe onto a pair of my own.
    But only HALF.
    ::ga-DUNK!::

  12. theyre so awesome! =] but omg i love your shoes in the mis-match fuschia picture. theyre GORGEOUS!

  13. I did indeed get them but in black. Unfortunately I was a wee bit disappointed when they came because it’s hard to make out the black fringe against the black tights, so it sort of looks like I just have hairy legs when you see it side on! If they did them in other colours then I’d attempt it again as the fringe only works when it really stands .

  14. Oh you crazy little pony! I loooove it, so sexy and cute and fun, it really cheers up your day, n’est-ce pas? Formidable!

  15. I was about to ‘get- all-up’ on those fringe tights, until I read the last sentence “purposely took short and quick strides”…CAMP! “Are you free Mr Humphries?”…it was that type of camp!

  16. DJM: Yes, I did consider the purple but I wish it was a stronger shade….
Did you return the black ones then?
Split opinion on the fringe but for me, it’s a bit of a no-brainr…
And the lippie is Cyber by MAC… I think I wrote about it here….
    Giddyup ppl, giddup….

  17. i think it i had those tights i’d never get any work done cos i’d be too distracted and having too much fun running my hands over the fringe…

  18. jesus… those are hot! well… i did anticipate something like this coming to you, but i thought it’d be more in the form of a diy project… none-the-less to quote wayne and garth:
we’re not worthy! we’re not worthy!

  19. Hmm! I was hating these until I saw them on you, you totally pull them off! How do you do it?!
Love both outfits. That JBP dress is gorgeous. And you’re rockin the dark lipstick! 🙂

  20. Love them! They’re not for me. I’m more of a seamed tights girl, but I love how you’re working them.

  21. Oooh I love them, although my anally matching side would require the black pair.
Did you order them online or do any shopsstok them?

  22. These tights are ace, i am however more taken by the pink platforms you have on in the last picture. WHERE can i obtain these? xx

  23. hi 🙂 i was wondering if you have any ideas on how to put seams on stockings. thanks!
i love your fab outfits 😉

  24. I think they’d look great in person but they immediately made me think of shaving but leaving a single strip of hair down the back of your legs! I know, gross, but it had to be said!
