I got sucked right in, and fell for it hook line and sinker. I have literally fallen for that terrible cliche of ‘copying the pages of a magazine’. The ‘Light and Fantastic’ editorial in the Feb issue of UK Vogue enlightened (oh.. the pun… the pun!) me as to what to do with my ickle stash of neons. Mind you, it is a only a little stash. So with a lot of paleness and ruffliness, a pair of pink neon tights were made into sleeves (in a practical sense, it adds an extra layer!) and suddenly hurrah, the neons have been freshened up a bit and doesn’t seem its usual garish self! Still, sometimes, I really have to laugh at myself when I’m copy-catting at this blatant level…
Frankly I wouldn’t give a hoot!
Both looks are too immensely exquisite to not be flaunted.

Fab look- and wearing the tights as sleeves puts a new spin on fluorescents- it stops the pastels and ruffles from being too twee and simultaneously keeps the neon fresh, rather than garish. Nice work, Susie!
