Ok, stupid, silly, rubbish-hair-induced moping over. It is the eve of London Fashion Week and it’s all action a-go-go and the sun is shining and there’s a pair of bright bright fresh tights on my legs. I say fresh because they’re by Falke and they generally have a really nice feeling when you pull them up over the legs… a sort of talc-smooth feeling if you know what I mean. These are actually a collaboration between Falke and Cooperative Designs who were kind enough to send them to me with their S/S 09 show invite with a personal note from designers Annalisa and Dorothee saying they think I’m gonna love the leggings in the new collection. Yup, a mere glance on this blog makes it glaringly obvious to anybody that I do have a penchant for decorated legs. Oh well, if I were to die tomorrow, I would certainly not mind being forever known as the girl who loves her printed leggings, Ferrero Rocher and Lipton Ice Tea. Not a bad set of things to be reps for. I am therefore looking forward to what ‘leg options’ Dorothee and Annalisa have in store if their last collection is anything to go by because I was entranced by the way they wanted to adorn legs with fringed jersey last season.
Great tights! I agree, being known as the girl with technicolour legs is possibly one of the more interesting legacies to be known by!
