>> Alright, I don't just pile on Coco Chanel memorabilia for the pure sake of the quote floating above in the banner but I couldn't resist this tea and saucer set by quirky ceramic maestros Kuhn Keramik bought from Kapok in Hong Kong.  I kind of love how it pretty much rebels against the oft used 'chic' and 'youthful' images of Coco Chanel, bringing out a side developed in her elder years, that as Lagerfeld said in the recent IHT Luxury conference, was stubborn and a little bit cantankerous…

  1. I’ve seen and love these ceramics myself! And I also love how they’ve taken the image of an older Coco – when I see her at this stage, I always think how bossy, yet at the same time, fun (like a playful child) she looks, and would love to have met her when she was that age.
