Start of the Filler

>> Well, waddya know… another fashion month, another start to filler posts all courtesy of Phil Oh of Streetpeeper (he's gonna be "Awwww shucks…" about it but congrats to him on his pending photos for Vogue.com).  I think I may have tried to ease my nerves for the IFB conference by loading up on bags and accessories instead.  Like giving me more stuff to fiddle with would be a good distraction.  So on went the texture (hat, dress, boots) and all the other trinketry.  I've taken to carrying two bags not for decoration but because reaching for a phone/cash/card is far easier in a small bag and then the big one is for all the bulky papers and DSLR.

So then I reacted the next day by offloading down to let Linder Sterling's print for Richard Nicoll do ALL the talking.  I mean ALL…

I might keep up this loaded, unloaded, loaded, unloaded pattern for the next few days…

  1. Saw you at Risto yesterday wanted to say hello and tell you I loved your shoes, but the show was about to start!
    Great collection too wasn’t it?
    enjoy your week!

  2. Your outfits are always so unique and thought out, I love it! You manage to pull off carrying two bags so easily, I tend to look like a lost tourist when I end up trying that…

  7. I love the white dress with the face on it, along with all the other clothing in these photos. They are truly amazing, I adore the modern vibe I get from these outfits, The sharp cuts and geometric shapes are great!! My personal favorite is the blue leather bag, very cute!! If you want check out my clothes, inspiration, and ides as well on my blog 😛

  10. Great outfits both, can’t wait to see upcoming fashion week outfits!
So has your getting dressed routine benefited from your newly-organized closet at all?

  11. Good golly Ms Lau, you take my breath away. I thought the first outfit was perfection – colour palette, textures, patterns, curvy and straight lines – until I saw the second. When you nail something, Susie, you REALLY nail it. The vectors and asymmetry are so balanced; and best of all, that in-your-face photo frock isn’t wearing you — you have, seemingly without art or effort, tamed it to do service in the expression of your personality. Bravo!

  12. 非常漂亮啊`!恋爱in your style!^__^
