Le-Bair-Tee

>> Some of you may have caught these mini YouTube tutorials by Liberty on how to tie a scarf in various ways.  I'm not one for instructions normally but sometimes a flimsy piece of silk can get all knotted up into various formations and not make any sense.  Is it strange that I find the tutorials MORE convincing because a lovely lady called Lauranne who says 'Liberty' with a French accent is showing us how to get more adept at scarf tying?

The Bow Tie // The Chiffon Knot

The Head Scarf // The Oversized Scarf

The Plait – May have to attempt this one

  1. Very useful videos thanks…! It’s funny how french accent is seen as very sexy by foreigners, but as a native french speaker myself it was really hard for me to listen to her accent…lol

  2. None of that nonsense for us boys… am I bad for wanting to pop into Liberty and observe all that up close at face value…? but, if I ever need to know how to tie my Giorgio ‘Brato bad boy’ into knots I have such a reference.

  3. Thanks for posting the videos! Now I know how to tie my scarfs in a number of creative ways. 😉

  4. Thanks Susie, very useful – tho’ I had to watch some of the videos twice to take it all in, I kept getting mesmerised by the hypnotic movement of the cleavage located exactly centre screen…

  5. These are great tutorials. I will try all of them. Her accent is so great ! I am French so I know what it is to say Liberty like that 😉

  6. From every situation, from every encounter, from every experience, you can learn. From success, and from disappointment as well, there is much you can learn.
