I'm off a-zine-magazine hunting today. Since the departure of Borders, the truth is, I just don't buy as many magazine as I used to – only the ones that my local will have but anything more niche beyond the realms of 10 and Purple, and there's nowt to be had. In particular, I'm off to find Top, a fairly new NYC-based zine started by duh…Danielle Top, that is now two issues in… can't tell for sure but there looks to be a good amount of text in it. Yay to 3000 words+ articles. Not sure whether anywhere will have it in London, but we'll see what Clare de Rouen, Magma and that place on Old Compton Street can conjure up… just need to NOT get told off by that guy if i do too much browsing…
This is random and off topic and slightly creepy but – I’ve seen you twice now since I’ve come to London – once on the Tube and once sitting next to you at The Albion in Shoreditch. I was too shy to say hello but now I keep hitting myself over the head because I should have! Anyway, I’m a big fan and perhaps if I run into you again I’ll say hey 🙂
