I really don’t want to join the ranks who are bewailing the non-starter of a spring/summer we’re having so instead, I’ll just look ahead and just shrug happily if the summer does come and if not, well, there’s all the AW08-9 stuff to look forward to. Now I may or may not be venturing to some rather extreme cold climates in the USA later on in the year so I am looking to LD Tuttle to providing me with the proper footwear to tough it out. Of course even in weather extremities, I’m not really going to opt for the practical either so I feel like their AW08-9 collection goes in for a happy medium. Sturdy but still good looking. A Christian Bale as opposed to a Cillian Murphy (both are superb sturdy actors of course but Murphy’s looks err towards to the delicate side of things…). I’m especially intrigued by the swash of a horse tail hanging at the back of the shoe with all things fringey still being my number one choice of adornment these days.
