C’est Moi!

Well… the pics are up on the new issue of Fashion156 for the ‘Fashion on the Internet’ theme (the one time where I of course could be seen modelling…) and by god am I pleased that I’m not making the clothes look horrendous and that… shock shock horror horror…I’m beaming from how chuffed I am with the results of the shoot… not much more to be said, credits can be found on the site and thanks to the Fashion156 team once again…

  27. Amazing job, so many great pics! My fave is the sweater one, and NO not because you’re covering your face, I just love the whole shot! Second fave: the black and white shot. Such a treat to be in such a well photographed shoot with such wonderful clothing, a dream! Way to go!

  37. Great styling and very cool pics. I am beyond envy that you got to wear such fabulous clothes. That butterfly mask close-up is a keeper. You should have it blown up and framed.

  98. Ack…. my god…so many comments…. needless to say, thank you for taking the time to leave them…..
    It’s odd how some of you ‘feel proud’ but at the same time, it makes a bit of sense. It’s a far cry from 2 years ago when the thought of doing a photoshoot would have me running…. not wanting to sound like a Ricki Lake chat show, but it’s true that I have probably grown into my skin a bit more and gotten that bit more confident…
    The beauty of it is that being styled by Guy, he gets me and knows what I’d be into and as I said before, it felt really great to be wearing the stuff that I write about….sort of like a validation in that I don’t just write about them for nothing…it’s because their clothes and what they do are genuinely great….
    Thanks for picking up on the fact that the clothes look like ‘me’ too…. it’s so true that I’d wear pretty much all of these outfits out and about if I could… I’m so getting me a butterfly mask…
    Thanks everyone…. really really am chuffed and I’m just glad that ppl are chuffed with me too….
    Was sort of dreading checking my emails today and seeing things like ‘Oh you’re way too fat… you’re so not modelling material…’ woops…..perhaps that’s still to come but I guess I’ll try not to let the words hurt me anyway…
