I am a black sequinned robot.

I have been programmed by my master to command all* all black sequinned garments to automatically gravitate towards me.

Anything with those black circular shiny discs will be picked up by my sensors.  No high street chain/charity shop/vintage store/flea market can will be left unturned. 

Neither the master nor I knows when the programme will stop but it’s not anytime soon.

Soon there will be no more black sequinned garments left to sense and the master will have to re-programme me to sense some other magpie object. 

*The Topshop black sequin trews that a lot of you pointed out to me had a bizarre non-skinny fit on me… I malfunctioned on that one…

  5. I love it! I don’t know where to write this but I have been wanting to ask you for advice towards prom dresses! -Seeing as prom dress shopping in Montreal is out of the question – What did you wear to prom/what would you wear to prom if it were upcoming?

  14. You know, I thought I was bored of sequins. Now I have realised, through this post, that the right way to do sequins is to go all the way, wear nothing but sequins. Not my style to wear, but definetily something I like to see others wear.

  16. you know, these topshop skinny trousers you posted about before you left for paris have never quite left my mind… the post was called “The ticking Trouser Watch” i believe… there´s no topshop where I live, so I have been looking for similar trousers everywhere – no success so far…

  19. Black sequin trousers – try Arrogant Cat – far nicer than the topshop ones and they’re really skinny, we used them in a shoot. I think they have them at discoo.com but I’m sure you can get to the store.
