Sticky Bow

You may or may not know that I often resort to Azumi and David for those ‘I’m not sure what to get so I’ll get something from here’ type presents for friends.  Got a sneak peak of the ‘things to wear’ that Azumi and David have come up with for SS08 and again it’s all gift-worthy goodness and here’s hoping their online store springs up as I’m sure bloggers will start plugging away at all the A*N*D goodness (perfect for any upcoming fashion bloggers secret santas!). 
The accessories took eyeglasses shapes and watches and strung them up as necklaces and bracelets.  There are also shirt bottomed dresses, t-shirts and shirts combos and add-on snoods to look forward to (the images should be up on the site soon…). 

Playing with their previous idea of rolls of jewellery/belt tape, for SS08 they have produced rolls of adhesive tape printed with bows, shirt button holls and front frills – garment tape designed to be stuck on clothes.  It sounds a bit like a novelty stocking filler but actually, why not have a roll of tape to add a little something-something to a plain white or grey t-shirt.  Plus, the added shine from the tapes gives a textural difference too.  Definitely going to be wearing the bow tape sample here…
