See what I told you!

I only blogged about the Margiela exhibition in Hong Kong about 6 hours ago and then I came home to find my weekly Hong Kong magazine stash had arrived fresh off a Cathay flight.  Lo and behold, in this week’s Fashion & Beauty magazine (simply the best weekly fashion magazine I’ve ever read…..), there’s coverage of the exhibition.  See what I mean when I say Hong Kong people don’t miss a trick when it comes to avant garde designers!  Don’t you just love how they label this page ‘Trendy Report’ with absolutely no irony at all?  Still, the pics do make me kind of want to fly back for a few days since the exhibition ends on the 20th June.  If there are any HK’ers reading my blog, please have fun there on my behalf!

  1. Hi Suzie,
What are the HK mags you subscribe to? I’m a mag fanatic and always looking for new addictions.

  2. Reindeer: I don’t subscribe as the weekly magazines in HK don’t offer subscriptions since they’re so cheap anyway. Instead, I get sent them bi weekly by my family over there along with a few Japanese magazines. I get EastTouch, Fashion & Beauty, Milk, Monday and then maybe HK Elle, China Vogue, Taiwanese Vogue. The Japanese magazines I get are Cutie, Nonno, Jap Nylon and some other ones.
Cecile: The store is on Lay On Street, Central.
