Now I’m not one for nepotism and I can assure you that my dear sister, Louisa did NOT ask me to do this but I simply had to post her illustrations here – if not for fashion’s sake then for just random art’s sake! She’s a BA Graphic Design student at Central St. Martins, specialising in illustration. We live apart so I have not been catching up with her work in the past year or so and I was amazed by the progression when I saw it. She really has developed her style and I honestly honestly love it – not just saying that because she’s my sis!
You can check out the rest of her work at ThinkProlific (do check out the other artists as well!) and she will soon be uploading more stuff. I will also be cheeky and commission her to do some fashion illustrations. Just so you know, she’s also a fellow fashion-obsessive, with a thing for vintage cashmere cardigans, bows in hair, polka dots and puffy shirts!

Your sister’s art is fantastic! It’s really professional looking. May I ask whether she does them using pen and paper methods or on the computer?
it’s quite funny that one of your sisters pieces was a poster for a reunion tour by the movielife. my good friend brandon played guitar in that band. however i would tell your sister not to get her hopes up for a reunion. although all band members are still friends brandon now fronts a band called nightmare of you.
That was one odd post..keep bloggin’

Hye: My sister has a fear of computers. She doesn’t believe in their existence! So yes, it’s paper and pen.
Jordan: I think that poster was an imaginery poster for Movielife. But I’ll let her know!
