The coolest hotel ever….

For work, I’m lucky that I do get to travel to Paris and New York constantly but without sounding like a bit of a brat, I wouldn’t mind going to places a little bit more off-beat.  As great as world-class cities are, they can be a little overwhelming which is why I always want to take breaks in random places!  Next destination: Copenhagen – a city well known for superb design.  I’ve been invited by one of Danish colleagues…. so I’m very excited indeed!  I’ve had my eye on Hotel Fox for a while so now that I’m actually going to be staying here, I’m doubley excited.  It’s a boutique hotel with 61 rooms, each with an individual design by 21 different artists.  Now all I have to do is take my pick…..oh decisions decisions……

  1. I’ve heard about it and it seems nice! concerning paris, next time you plan to come tell me, I’ll show you places and bring you to fantastic shops that only parisians know…..

  2. Thanks for the offer Cachou! Unfortunately, whenever I am in Paris, I barely have time to eat let alone go around shopping – I live a life of servitude to my company…..

  3. Ooh, the King’s Forest room was prettyy. ๐Ÿ˜€ I hope you’ll have lots of fun in Copenhagen.

  4. I say Estacy, go for the Estacy! (only room wise of course *hides*)

  5. Oooh…thanks for all the group excitement! I’m v. eager to go! I still really can’t decide which room to go for….Ecstasy reminds me of a tfs member who uses that image as his avatar….. think I’ll just have to close my eyes and pick one…

  6. If you are ever in California and in need of an off-beat hotel check out the Madonna Inn in San Luis Obispo for some wildly decorated hotel rooms from the 60’s!

  7. Susie I LOVE LOVE your blog and your style! Next time you are in NY and want to chill in Brooklyn, hit me up–I would love to go shopping with you! ๐Ÿ˜‰

  8. I’m quite happy that I decided to check your archives as I’ve booked myself to Copenhagen and had not found accomodations yet! So this was kindof a nice surprise!
