The high-street latch on effect is already in motion. Though I never expected it to happen to the red PVC trench, which I expressed my love of the red PVC trench, after seeing a series of enticing images. Not missing a beat, Topshop have come up with their version which admittedly in this photo, also looks devilishly attractive. Mango have also got in on the red PVC game though the shape is not half as appealing as the Topshop version or it could be the lack of styling and context that makes it not as attractive.
Do I predict an army of red PVC trenches on the street? Perhaps not but I have a feeling that it will make a bigger presence than what I first thought.
The TopShop one is WAY nicer, look at those sleeves! (Although I guess less practicle for actual rain) But when buying a red PVC coat I think practicality should not really be given all that much thought, really besides the point!
Ooh, I like the topshow one. I also love the boots that the model is wearing! Tres chic. Would look great in my closet. Or on my feet.
