Peaches and Cream

Discovering my old MDs and ye olde MD player meant I relapsed into listening mint tracks like Peaches and Cream by 112 and it also involves a whole lot of chair dancing, the best kind of dancing for invalids like myself (can just about walk a mile in wedges without too much pain…).  Perfect timing really for a) physical juicy peaches and cream and b) peaches and cream around my neck in the form of these Giia neckpieces which Queen Michelle loves so much.  They came my way in a funny route but Giia perhaps sensed that this was the very week that I would hap onto my old MD collection, making me regress musically and then finally think to myself that I have DO have a lot of nude, peaches and candy pink going on to mix it up with her Adriatic/Milano/Cuore wave and Capri due Roll pieces.

Waves…rolls…do those hand movements with me please…  the music accompaniment to this outfit should run like this if you don't mind…
112 – Peaches and Cream, Peaches – I Feel Cream, Kid Cudi – Day and Night (Original Version), Coolio – Rollin' with my Homies…

  1. this commen has nothing to do with any other posts – its just my looking for attention … to be paid to my new blog … which isnt really developed yet… cause I’m still trying to figure out how to use it – but you could take a look at what might be happening – it’ll be about ‘the way we live’

  2. I LOVE that outfit, the colours are great. I’m really getting back into my pinks right now for some reasons which is odd cos i’m a complete grey scale when it comes to dressing
that rolled fabric neck pieces is amazing!

  5. I absolutely must get the AA dress. The color is exquisite! I love that your outfits convey a mood.

  6. all these ruffles are breathtaking. I love that the color palette is soft and feminine without being too cotton candy.

  10. Love the colour combination and you look gorgeous in the 2nd pic. Never use to like nude and peach but I want to experience with those colours more this season.

  11. This is the most creative, beautiful styling I’ve seen for a long time. I’m glad the whole nude/salmon/pink thing is big now, but I’d be wearing it anyway cause I have been forever. But this is really fabulous, Miss Bubble. Gets my vote for the best style entry 2009. No, make that, Ever.

  12. That outfit is exceptional.
Layering and colour paletting at its best!

  13. This is just plain gorgeous! Nude is always good in my book, but with the soft pinkt popping put a little it looks so much more harmonic and beautiful!

  14. I actually have 2 things from this outfit: the shoes from h&m and the peach AA skater dress. I love the way you styled this, the layering is just right. For some reason I’m finding it difficult to put outfits together with the skater dress, but I love how you layered it here… my need to sample it for myself.
The neckpieces are just AWESOME!! So lovely, the layering looks so delicate and intricate, without looking to froufrou-ish (yes, its a word!!)
Oh yes, Peaches and Cream is a classic. I remember jammin and chair dancing to that in the 6t grade… good times

  15. Simply love the colour combination. Looks great on you too!
I am not sure if I would wear the scarfs though…the scarfs are really pretty to look at…but they add weight to the neck area, don’t they?
I love the shoes. Works very well together with the outfit.

  18. This is probably my favorite outfit of yours so far; but i’ve only been reading for about 4 months
so i’m sure there will be more excitement.
