>> I can't really say why exactly it is I'm here in New York. I can't really say I'm doing much other than playing a weird waiting game with me itching to get back to London (isn't it stoooopid that airfares are 10x more expensive if you don't stay a Saturday night…) because I'm missing…. well…. according to my inbox… everything. Can't can't can't… what a moaner I am…
What you guys back in London CAN do though is…. check out Rag & Bow's pop-up vintage flea market this Saturday. I met Rag & Bow's founder Hazel Holtham at the Sketchbook talk (cue cheesy Facebook photo to the left…) and I've been intrigued about her 'roaming vintage store' venture where she's been touring the vintage fairs and sales mostly around the South East of UK. Now she's set up a monthly pop-up at Paradise by Way of Kensal Rise and this Saturday is I think the second sale they've done at the venue…. apparently there's plenty of new stock – summer dresses and florals galore around the ¬£10 mark. A friendly quasi celeb endorsement from Florence Welch, who picked up bags of stuff last time might nudge you along. Plus, I love that it's in Kensal Rise where you can indulge in cheapie vintage and then wander into Merchant Archive for a different kind of vintage experience…. plus there's a roof terrace and garden….
Rag & Bow Pop-Up Vintage Sale, Saturday 5th June, 12-5pm, Paradise By Way of Kensal Rise, 19 Kilburn Lane, London W10 4AE (closest stations Kensal Green, Kensal Rise or Queen's Park)
I wish I could jump in an Eurostar from Paris to London to go to that amazing vintage market : it sounds so cool!
Sounds like i need a trip to London.

I love rag and bow! I went to the soul kitchen pop up last week and tried on a great brown 60’s all in one, alas my height means that it verred into dangerous camel toe land so I didn’t buy.
I miss london too… I feel your pain…!
