Good Day Goodwood

>> I have a MUCH MUCH bigger post on all the proceedings of Vintage at Goodwood – and hopefully it's not just a 'Tra-la-la-la it was so much fun!' post because I do want to address some of the misgivings highlighted on Amelia's Magazine's insightful blog post about it… of course it's just my take on things and everyone will have their say too… but if you're not interested in any of the 'talk', I also have a HEAP of picture candy to top it all off…

It will be a slow affair getting them up though as I'm also off to Stockholm tomorrow for zee fashion week… I leave you with my non-purist vintage outfit (which perhaps gives a clue into some of the issues I'll be delving into in my VAG review…)…

  1. I adore the combo! And especially excited that you have KW sunnies (my fave pair from The Village collection) and the Deadly Ponies ‘Mr Rosette’ bag….uber awesome!

  2. $3 well spent I see, those boots were indeed a good find! Try not to rub it in poor Louisa’s face TOO much 🙂
    Have fun in Stockholm!

  3. Love your outfit. I had an amazing day at Goodwood despite a really bad incicent at the Tangeray Torch club, which did get sorted out after a fair amount of stress. I will definitely be going again, hopefully for the whole weekend next year. Unfortunately I spent so much time shopping for vintage that I missed all of the fashion shows.I was just so amazed by the beautiful, elaborate and varied outfits that everyone was wearing.
Hope to get my post up soon.

  4. I wasn’t sure about those sunnies when you got them – but here with this outfit, they look amazing! what a great design – well-chosen, Susie.

  5. I love that purple dress! I love your belt as well. You look so nice here. I’m so amazed at how you update this blog so well. I’m a follower who couldn’t keep up 🙂 Hahaha. But you my dear are doing a great job! 🙂

  6. You looked great! I love all the colours here & your shoes are gorgeous. I saw you in the Beauty Box for a brief moment but I’m glad you didn’t see me as I was in my sexy VIP bar staff uniform…I suppose the black bow tie wasn’t all that bad..its just the bengaline black pants that killed me. Hope you had fun there!
