I used to hate giving gift vouchers as presents only because I thought they were really impersonal and showed that you hadn’t given it any thought but I may have to revise that as, gift vouchers are now being offered from the most fabulous places. A relative recently sent me a gift voucher for 100 euros for Pretty Ballerinas.com – an online ballet shoe heaven. It may have been a no brainer gift but I appreciated the sentiment since everyone knows how much I love ballet flats! Now I actually have to spend the dough and it’s tougher than I thought it would be – since a lot of the styles are out of my size. I have narrowed it down to the final four though.
Now if I was really greedy, I’d take them all and the gift voucher would act like a minor discount, which would be very naughty of me. So now I must choose. I chose these four because I don’t have any that are vaguely like them so whichever one would be a prudent buy. Ah…decisions decisions…..
I’d pick the last one. The pink with what looks like chiffon ribbons and black patent toe is just too Chanel-esque adorable.
The grey pair – they’re feminine, edgy and would most likely go with a lot of different things. Hell, I don’t do flats or flowers and I’d wear them!

Oooh…you guys are tearing me in all different directions….. I’m now thinking I may splurge out on two pairs……(I’m thinking two pairs of ballets for 100 euros won’t be too bad….) the butterfly ones are a definite yes….the other pair to be decided….
