Greysweat

>> From writing about cramming in colours (as predicted, some of you are a little shy about submiting 10-plus-colour-blocked-outfits… keep em' coming as I'd like something to balance out the stretch of grey ahead here…), I've cosied up and gone back to the trusty grey sweatshirt which I've waxed lyrical about 3, 4, 5, 6 times???  Then comes Whistles' lurex version (get click happy on their new e-shop…) which combines this trusty item with a more sheer texture and suddenly I'm back to cramming as many monotone textures in outfits and of course incorporating winter warmers which are now required for the gusty winds and chilly nights…

I'm calling out on my own pedestrian predictability…

  1. I didn’t see it at first because I was too busy checking out your lovely outfits and I really don’t mean to alarm you but…there is a PENGUIN right there! Either the heating in your flat has gone or this is the new winter accessory and I must get one imediately.

  2. ah… it’s like everyone has those acne shoes now and i want them 🙁
i love the first outfit. it looks so cozy.

  3. ah! are those the “Hun” boots? I’ve been trying to find a photo of someone besides a runway model wearing them. they’re so darling. <3
Speaking of interesting footwear that I desperately want to find photos of on an actual human being, what do you think of these?

Perfect for living out one’s unicorn/satyr/centaur/my little pony fantasies, or perfectly re-re?

  4. Emperor(?) Penguins are the new little doggie in a handbag trend didn’t you know..kidding! I think these “pedestrian” looks are necessary if you’ve got such strong design and detail in your accessories…otherwise they’d just get lost. I LIKEY!!! Espesh the gloves, knitted neck piece, aviator hat and acne boots.

  5. The sheer Whistles lurex sweatshirt is so intriguing. It’s amazing how a new texture can make a staple seem fresh and new.

  6. Aren’t you cold? :O
I love all your outfits, and in a couple of weeks I’m visiting Europe (Manchester, London, Paris, Amsterdam), and since I’m coming from Australia, I’m quite worried about what I’m going to wear!
People are telling me I need huge coats, and I wouldn’t dare wear a skirt unless I want to freeze.

  7. Wow you have the acne shoes I’ve been eyeing! They produced them in their full platform size!!!! Amazing!

  8. As much as I love colours, sometimes only greys will do. I love that sweatshirt, comfy and relaxed looking but a bit more feminine and delicate than most sweatshirts.

  9. Agh, you are so amazing at layering. A true style icon is what you are and always will be, thank you for never failing to inspire a jaded mind.

  10. Loved your bow that you had, it was the thing that made the outfit wow!
Okey, penguins are cool to and Acne of course but of my that bow was really inspirational.

  11. Finally a hungarian brand (je suis belle)! You should check out other young hungarian designer talent’s stuff as well. I don’t mean that Budapest is the capital of fashion, but you would find great pieces over there or on the web. Raw diamonds…

  12. i am in love with the swarovski gem necklace! can you get them via the internet??

  13. no way did you get those shoes. seriously my heart stopped when i saw them , i have never been more jealous in my life.

  14. I like her outfit..very nice and lovely. I love her necklace too..I wish I could have one like that. Many thanks!

  15. Damnn I need to get me a ‘neck cosy’, who needs scarfs? Unless they are an overly long granny-knitted scarf which smells slightly musty (although mine now smells slightly of curry, hmm).
You banging on about grey sweatshirts has sort of made me fall in love with them though. I don’t really have any grey in my wardrobe, time to remedy that methinks.
    Nice penguin!

  16. I cannot stop coming back to stare at those Acne shoes! They’re incredible! Hope you’re enjoying your trip in HK.. I’m also there at the moment, and hope to bump into you!

  17. Your grey sweater is back! O my god, I am torn for my favourite susie look. either this one or the PVC skirt and grey sweatshirt one you did in august. oewwwu! such a dilema! I love the scarf and those gloves are simply beautiful! wowwowowwowowow!and the LD tuttle boots, yum. Jesus Christ you rock!
It is my dream that one day a little old susie bubble will be sitting at a keyboard in her London flat, blogging about the wonderful works of fashionness created by Tomorrow. Okay actually seeing as you are only eleven years older than me (or are you 27 now?) you probably wont be that old by the time I hit LFW (Oh the dreams!) but you’ll be getting on for forty so a middle-aged susie (and I’m sure you’ll be just as fabulous then as youa are now!) can sit at her computer and blog about my craziness and you can put ‘when she was fifteen she used to comment on my blog!’
Sorry for revealing all my dreams and ambitions, however unlikely, to you but then thats me. I talk to myself on other peoples blogs! what can you say!

  18. Love that sheer sweater !!!
BUT … realized that size 00 is already out of stock and wonder if i can take 01 …
can i know which size you are taking ?!
    tks
