…these are the neoprene pastel goodies that tread around surfwear very gently, so much so that I will hunt them down come March 2010 to amp up my neoprene clothing intake…

…that all of these signs of summer are courtesy of Cynthia Rowley is a bit of a coincidence and aptly come to me on a day when it is absolutely TIPPING it down in London (there are buckets in our office…).  To go back and credit properly, the images that I read as signs that I really need to start planning my Cali summer shenanigans for 2010, were actually Cynthia Rowley's installation as part of the Limited Edition Experiences project (at 4141 NE 2nd Avenue, Miami) going on for Miami's Art Basel.  The peeps whose ads always distract me in New York cabs during fashion week, have customised a DHL truck with hardwood floors, fitting room and fabric walls as a Shop on Wheels that will cruise around the Southwest post Miami

To add another proper credit, the picnic blanket is a limited product made especially for the installation.

And of course, most will have seen these Cynthia Rowley for Roxy pics that I'm a latecomer to.  I've never hunted out Roxy before but come March 2010 I'll be ringing up with abrupt phonecalls pestering for the neoprene.

  2. Want it all so much – I think I want to be a surfer girl type more than anything in the world…

  3. I like the neoprene pieces, they make me want to learn to surf! I can’t even imagine Summer at the moment after such a rainy and dull day.
