>> I had Taiwanese shoe label Heavy Machine's S/S 11 PDF lying around in the lookbook store cupboard and though others have waxed lyrical about their new collection, what I did want to flag up is that they got themselves a new website that is now offering pre-orders on their S/S 11 collection. The shape and colour palette pick n' mix, cut n' paste style of Heavy Machine's shoes aren't for everyone but it is a style that they're fast making their own at prices that are somewhere between high street and designer (and certainly reasonable for the amount of design packed into a shoe). I can most definitely vouch for the comfort factor of their shoes testimonied by a true size 38 of their Tadao's Malachite style having the ability to pound miles of pavement with ease. That particular curved v-shaped heel which I've worn to death, is now joined by other angular companions in this S/S 11 collection but they are still selling their debut collection on their website if you wish to look into older designs.

I tried their shoes on at a store in Taiwan and they are indeed super-ridiculously comfortable. While I still prefer the colorful ones I do like that they started doing some more understated monochromes.
great post!!!!!

Indeed, there is quite a bit of design sealed in these shoes; i adore the individuality and the sense of architectural background seized beneath each idea.Personally, I love the colour palette for each one; i think its quite mix’n match and very durable. Great post. X Neda x

I love the whole design of the shoe, its nice to come across a shoe that is original and different, many are looking a bit samey. x

wohoa! Sooo much inspiration!
Love the heels 🙂
these shoes are amazing. it’l like colourful blocks were assembled in cool geometric arrangements and then a magic wand was waved over it to make them come to life in shoe form. i especially love the detail of the curved heel.
i still can’t really wear heels (broke my ankle in the pass, still getting used to non sneaker shoes again) but it wouldn’t atop me from owning a pair, even if it’s for display purposes only. home decor? why not.

I think they look fabulous – and I can’t wait to (someday soon) get my hands on a pair!
AHJKSD:BCDBILEIGFL A CB ALKD! Really lovely. A similar silhouette to some of the United Nude heels, but these are more progressive. Very lovely indeed..

At first the idea of sort of curved shaped heels seemed odd, but the more I looked at the other designs it really made me more interested.
