The first time that I thought of shoes as tools of seduction was when watching an episode of Sex and the City and Samantha accused Richard’s mistress of wearing ‘come f*** me heels’. Well, there’s going to be an auction for a whole array of ‘f*** me* shoes. Held at the Chelsea Arts Club on the 29th June, there will be a burlesque show and charity auction all in aid of the Chelsea Arts Club Trust, Trinity Hospice and Arists General Benevolent Institution. Artists including Sir Peter Blake and Don Smith, have been asked to use a Terry de Havilland shoe as a blank canvas and basically go wild! If you’re eagle eye enough, you’ll find Kate Moss’s face immortalised on Peter Edwards’ creation. Hmm…not sure how great it would be to have Kate Moss encasing my feet but if I had enough dosh, these would be excellent for my glass cabinet!
