Three posts on eBay is a little excessive. But you guys by now know how it works around here. Whatever the hell I’m obsessing about, you’ll probably hear about me harping on and on about it. Right now, eBay is my addiction. I even have a list of search keywords to remind myself what I’m hankering after at a bargainous price.
The thing that I love are the designer oddities that will occasionally turn up. Those fashion insiders, like stylists, editors, or the designers themselves selling their used goods is a treat for those who are well…not insiders. Take these Preen boots that come in taupe and seal grey for instance. I don’t believe I’ve even seen Preen shoes for sale in shops and these boots are also from the AW07-8 show which makes them an even more of a rarity. They may even be catwalk samples not intended for sale, hence why the reserve price is so high.
I have them on watch but I may not have a hack at them given the high reserve but coming across rarities brings a smile to my face anyway.

those are absolutely gorgeous! i love the heels and the pully thing on the back. but do you think they are really runway shoes? unless they are a size 6uk, i hardly think a woman 5’10” can squeeze into a 6us.

They are a size 6 UK so I think that is the standard catwalk shoe. The seller is a UK seller me thinks…

I stumbled across a wonderful pair of boots today and immediately remembered this post. Yes, I had the pleasure of seeing these boots in topshop oxford circus today. And they really are as gorgeous as they look! ¬£200 though… I hate being a poor student!
