You’ve seen it all before

Now you know I’m getting to the point whereby it’s time to ask ‘Where have all my clothes gone?’ when out of the 3/4 times I’ve been snapped by the Facehunter, I’m wearing ish the same thing.  I’ll be expanding on the content on having a sense of ‘you’ in the way you dress despite absorbing trends but perhaps my formula is sheepishly…well…formulaic?  Of all the things to wear over and over again though, I never thought it would be the ¬£3 vintage chiffon two tone nude slipdress but the oddest things do end up serving you well and for me, it’s that dress, my $5 NY Mets t-shirt and a H&M satin trimmed slouchy jersey tank, and it would kill me if any one of them were lost.  On a plus note, I really must find more plummage for the hair…

  1. Whenever I see the Yvan in Paris, I run away and hide. He used to (in the Paris days) wander the Marais and I’d bumped into him with my worse outfit on.

  2. i love your outfits there!
wow i honestly can’t choose which one i prefer, because they’re both so amazing.
    jh.

  3. I love your outfits, plus you look really lovely and happy! I dont see why people are so negi about Natasha Khan,so you can see a breast, big deal.

  4. Go Susie…you look great, and most importantly very happy, in both pics. I really love the hybrid you made of the (Roland Mouret?) headband and Kisscurl headpiece. And your hair looks great- it always does, and I’d envy you for it if I didn’t love the blog so much.
As for Natasha Khan… I suppose the outfit might have looked odd on someone who wore it with less confidence, but try as I might to find fault, she looked great. There wasn’t anything objectionable about the outfit, not to THAT extent anyway. It’s just a breast, after all.

  5. What did you think of Natasha’s outfit? i love it. and i love her music!

  6. Is that really Natasha, she looks somehow different? Love both outfits of yours but must be slightly scary to be photographed by the face hunter as comments can be harsh.

  7. Your photo is cute and I do love the outfit.
Are you sure that’s Natasha Khan????
The conversation didn’t seem that heavy-weight to remark on. However people do mention how great you dress a lot…

  8. cute captures. and that black & gold clutch is really looking good.
if i could i would love to wear variations of the same outfit, like a cartoon character or something.

  9. I just recently became infatuated with Natasha Khan and realized I’ll be out of town when they have their show here. Sigh.
I know I tend to fall into ruts and try to experiment with color and layers to get out of that but when I’m hurrying or everythings dirty, it can be hard to get beyond the formula. I’d never say the same of you–after all, it’s *only* two pics.

  10. I hope you are able to read this, I would like to know where you got the hair piece. I’ve been looking for ever since i saw the movie Brick.
