Lovefoxx loved up with Luella

I’m not a happy-happy kind of person but it pleases me to know that happy-happy people exist and go about their ways with their infectiously positive and smiley attitude.  Lovefoxx from CSS strikes me as a happy-happy person.  I’m not saying I’m Miss Misery Guts but I certainly don’t have that permanent laughing face that Lovefoxx has.  Perhaps everytime I’ve seen her, it’s been during the times when she has been joyously loved up with Simon from Klaxons (with whom she is engaged with….) and also because she is astoundingly energetic on stage.

Well whatever it is she is on, I want some of it bottled up pronto!  Even better for her that I’ll be seeing her feel-good vibes bouncing off the pages off fashion magazines next season as she has agreed to front the Luella SS08 ad campaign according to Sunday Times Style magazine.  As someone who is passionate for fashion and who dabbled in fashion when in Brazil, I’m thinking she’ll be having a whole lotta fun in Luella’s pretty/geeky prom dress-ridden collection with a dash of sequins thrown in for good measure.  I’m looking forward to hopefully having the ad put a smile on my face as I’m flicking through a sea of stark SS08 ads (thats what I’m envisioning anyhow…).

  2. CSS makes you want to get up and dance.
    Somehow lovefoxx manages to sing about everything with a degree of naughtiness but never seem too trashy. Just genuinely fun and bright.
    congrtulations to them both.. and their baby CSS-KLaxons. hehe

  6. Luella is a tad gimmicky at times, even if her pieces on their own are wearable. But the slight ‘showman’ aspect of things should suit Lovefoxx very well.
    I’m particularly loving the first pic of Lovefoxx, the second one is too subdued for my taste given that it’s her.

  7. that is such an excellent pairing! she is so adorable on and off stage and if i saw that pop photoshoot by its self, i wouldn’t have guessed that was her.

  9. I’m glad Lovefoxx and her CSS have left Brazil. Man that band sucks, I’m lucky they are not that famous here and I hope they never come back.
