Vintage Shoe Fix

Ok, so I really am supposed to be leaving right now, except I’m waiting to speak to my boss about work before I’m off the hook!  So here is just my random shoe musing of the day.  If one is new to the world of vintage shoes, I highly recommend dipping your toes in with vintage Bruno Magli shoes – quite possibly the most reliable vintage shoes along with Ferragamo (those Italians seem to get the leather and heels so right!).  They’re pretty without being fussy.  The sturdy and reasonable heels mean they’re comfy but that doesn’t mean dowdiness either.  If you get your hands on an early 1930’s-40’s pair, even better!  Shoes that age aren’t to be relied on for wearbility because of the age but Bruno Magli seems to be able to make them last for an age!  Definitely a shoe heirloom worthy of handing down.
