Circus is rolling into town

>> This is a pretty quick self-explanatory post to say that a revival of the Yard Sale, the Christmas/indoor edition is coming this Saturday.  Alright, so there aren't going to be the other lovely bloggers there selling their wares, brilliant chicken satay or Vic Riches illustrating guests…

Instead, I'm going to haul five gigantic bags ful of stuff down to the Tramshed in Shoreditch to take part in Circus 11's first Christmas shopping festival where the list of participants will definitely eclipse my ramshackle stall of stuff.  I've just started to sort everything out into loose piles of vintage, designer and high street and they're all fairly even with a growing roster of labels that makes me shudder to think how much money I've spent on the stuff.  I'm actualy looking at a pair of Balenciaga trousers and wondering why exactly I'm parting with them.  Anyhow, it's a ruthless clearout so please do come on down if you're free.

Please note, Circus 11 is taking place from Wednesday 14th to Sunday the 18th but my wardrobe misfits will only be there on Saturday 17th.

The rest of the Circus is of a real cornucopia of goods.  No crappy Christmas ornaments or dodgy spice biscuits here.  There'll be artsinal cupcakes, liquid nitrogen ice creams, hula hoop performances, interesting floristry, as well as offerings traversing homewares, art and fashion from the likes of Fred Butler, Atalanta Weller, Cooperative Designs, Polly Morgan and House of Hackney.
