Helter Skelter Filler

>> Why did I feel the need to bung in Helter Skelter in the title?  Well for one, I am feeling rather like I've been on one this past four weeks.  I may be acting out like a spoilt fashion brat here but I am sort of counting down the days here in Paris until it's over and I can go home and veg out with Radio 4, Masterchef and the shipping forecast ALL on at the same time.  Not that I'm not enjoying shows – you'll feel the wrath of the ones that particularly mesmerised me later on when I get my head round what has been a slightly odd season in Paris given all the crazy-antics going on with creative directors at houses and the feeling that we're in for a whole tide of change this year.  I'm alas not talking about the clothes when I talk of change but that could still be rectified.

So to the filler we go thanks to Phil Oh of Streetpeeper…

  1. How do you afford all this beautiful designer stuff? I love each and every one of these outfits. I spotted that furry jumper on Man Repeller recently, didn’t I?

  2. Shabby: One word – YOOX – I’m an obsessive Yoox stalker…
Oh and eBay if I’m feeling persistent (and also remember to wake up at godforsaken wee hours of the morning to bid on stuff…

  3. are things any cheaper on yoox? i’m in love with the eudon choi pocketed utility coat. but it costs a whooping ยฌยฃ980.00!

  4. These are exceptionally perfect! Love the marble effects, the furry jumper, the silk trousers, the colour combinations… The Paris look is so Paris and still so you… Lovely stuff.

  5. I can’t decide which outfit I like most. I like them ALL, so cute and chic. ๐Ÿ™‚
I hear you on wanting to veg out. I get so tired after a long Fashion extravaganza. All I want is guilty pleasure TV, a salad and some tunes. ๐Ÿ˜‰

  7. I love the first one and the last one and how in the second look the furry vest weirdly blends right in with the pants. Your style is so youthful and fun and strange.
Your style works because nothing about it works. So envious!

  8. Shame that it’s still ‘same old’ in Paris, although i’m sure it is very very BEAUTIFUL nonetheless. It would be interesting to hear how all the fashion director unrest has affected the vibe in Paris…Great outfits, as always. Great to see your eccentricity and uniqueness stays strong and bold in the face of FW scrutiny. ๐Ÿ™‚

  11. gosh. you look really stunning. particularly prefer the 2. look. so brave combination opposed to the last one which is the best, when colour likeness in question.

  12. Beautiful patterns, colors, pants, shoes, jackets etc. (etc.). Looking at your outfits is my sugar shoot. Thank you.
I have a very down-to-earth question to you:
did you have to go a size down or up to fit in the Church’s? Thank you.

  13. Oh Susie, I always love how you dress up yourself. You always look stunning and any girls in this universe have been inspired by you ๐Ÿ™‚

  14. On the first photo my personal pick would be the bag. The studs look so great with it. On the second one, the shoes struck me like on the third photo the footwear, I think will perfectly match my Goddis clothing. And as for the final touch I would love to wear that jacket on the last image.
